 GARDENING PROGRAM

Millard Daniel, Agricultural Agent for the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension Butts County Office, will be presenting a program on insects and diseases of ornamentals and vegetables sponsored by the Jackson-Butts County Public Library and the Butts County Parks and Recreation Department. This program will be Thursday, May 15th, from 7 pm to 8 pm at the Butts County Community Center located at 576 Ernest Biles Drive, Jackson. The presentation will cover insects and diseases of ornamentals and vegetables that grow in your garden with pictures of the insects and diseases. Come join us and learn how to identify insects and diseases on your plants and veggies. For more info, call the library at 770-775-7524. This is a free program and everyone is invited to attend.
